XPJ800 is designed for penicillin fermentation industry. It is a mature, cheap and competitive polyether defoamer. Due to the use of special demetallization and salt ion refining process, it has lower pHysiological toxicity than similar products, and has the advantages of saving consumption compared with common polyether defoamer.
This product is mainly used for defoaminating penicillin, tetracycline, aureomycin, lincomycin, erythromycin, neomycin, rifampicin in the microbial fermentation process.
It disinfectant with base material. It can also be used in the later stage. Generally, 0.3-0.5‰ can meet the entire fermentation cycle of defoaming requirements.
This product is packed in 200KG plastic barrel or coated with steel barrel. Storage of the product should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid for two years if stored at room temperature indoors.
