XPJ996 defoaming agent is a low viscosity silicone defoamer produced by special process with modified dimethylsiloxane as the main raw material. This product is non-toxic, no special smell, has good dispersion; Soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic and other organic solvents. This product has good thermal stability, oxidation resistance, less usage, and has the dual function of persistent defoaming and defoaming. It can be used in many high temperature alkaline environment defoaming process, such as gas desulfurization and degassing process of petroleum amine method, defoamer addition of lubricating oil.
Because the product has good hydrophilicity, it can be used in industrial detergent and washing powder production process.
When this product is used, it can be diluted with solvent before adding, or it can be diluted with water under appropriate stirring conditions.
This product is not flammable or explosive, according to the general chemical storage and transportation, using 200 kg iron drum or plastic drum packaging. The product storage period is two years.
