XPJ120 is a highly effective silicone defoamer designed for the foaming characteristics of special pulping processes. The product can not only eliminate the foam produced by lignin and other surfactants, but also can accelerate the process of dehydration, improve the effect of pulp washing, reduce the water consumption and the amount of bleaching chemicals. And there is no pollution at the later stage.
The agent can improve the quality of pulp, help to achieve higher profits, more environmentally friendly;
The product is widely used in sulfite bleached wood pulp, reed pulp, alkali rice straw pulp and wheat straw pulp production process defoaming.
Through metering pump, directly add this product to the head groove of pulp washer, and can also be add the product to the outlet of CX sieve pulp machine. The consumption of dry pulp per ton is about 0.3-0.8 KG
This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or IBC ton drum. It will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature in accordance with non-hazardous chemicals. The product should be protected against from being frozen.
