          XPJ650 is a special defoamer for alumina production. It is a unique defoamer with no silicon in oils. It can eliminate foam and inhibit the production of foam in Bayer process alumina production. It can be used in alumina production process decomposition tank, red mud sink. In the whole decomposition tank, the effect of defoaming and foaming suppression is persistent. It is effective in a wide range of pH.

            It can be used in decomposition tank and red mud washing tank in alumina production process.

        

          Add defoamer to general chemical metering pump; The defoamer is loaded into the mother liquor of the first decomposition tank or directly into the top of the
decomposition tank; The defoamer should not be diluted with water, the water dilution will produce stratification and affect the use effect; Generally, the addition amount is low, about 10-100 ppm.

 

 

           This product should be packed in 25-200KG plastic bucket; Please store in a cool and dry place to avoid exposure to sunlight; The shelf life of the product is two years if it is not opened.
