XPJ570 delayed coking defoamer is a non-silicon defoamer developed by Saiouxinyue according to the characteristics of foam layer in delayed coking unit. The product has excellent high temperature resistance, fast defoaming and has a very long-lasting anti-foaming performance. The agent can effectively prevent foam from washing over the top of the tower or blocking the coking of oil and gas pipelines; Since the product formula is unique, it will not produce the catalyst poisoning pHenomenon. Therefore, it is advantageous to reduce the production cost and raise the economic benefit. The performance of the defoamer completely reaches the level of similar products in foreign countries.
The product is widely used in chemical fertilizer production desulfurization and decarburization system, refinery delayed coking process.
This product can be directly added to the coke tower, or with the quench oil into the top of the tower, with the pump continuous addition; The steam should be injected at the injection point of the defoamer to prevent the high temperature residue from entering the injection point and coking. The general amount of additive is about 10-50 ppm.
This product belongs to general chemical and there is no toxicity. This product is non flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, the use should follow the general precautions of chemicals. The storage temperature is between-10 and 40 degrees celsius and the shelf life is one year. Packed in 200L galvanized iron drum.
