XPJ973 is a kind of polyol polyether ester high-efficiency antifoaming agent which is developed according to the foaming characteristic of wrapping paper making section. It has good dispersibility in white water and is convenient to use. Appropriate
addition has lasting effect of defoaming, degassing and inhibiting foaming.
Widely used in newsprint, copper sheet paper, cultural paper, kraft paper, household paper and other papermaking process defoaming; High temperature resistance system, easy coating processing and printing, will not cause paper disease.
Metering pump can be used to add defoamer to underneath whitewater tank and outside whitewater system. Product fluidity is good and there is no need of dilution. Amount of dose is about 0.3-0.5‰ of finished paper and the final amount depends on the cleanliness of the pulp and the speed of the copy machine.
This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or IBC ton drum. It will be valid for two years if stored at room temperature in cool and dry place.
