           XPJ922 is a completely hydropHilic polyester defoamer developed for textile printing and dyeing. The product has strong resistance to high temperature because it does not contain silicone oil or even silicone polyether. So it is widely used for sizing in the textile industry, Scouring, printing and dyeing and finishing processes (high temperature overflow dyeing, refining agent added), acrylic rubber emulsion production, electroplating solution and metal etching solution, papermaking production and finishing processes, water-soluble ink, lubricating oil, preparation of industrial alkaline detergent, leather process, wastewater treatment and other defoaming fields.

             

      Widely used in textile industry sizing, boiling, Dyeing and finishing technology (high temperature overflow dyeing, refining agent added), acrylic rubber milk production, electroplating solution and metal etching solution, papermaking production and finishing technology, water-soluble ink, lubricating oil, preparation of industrial alkaline detergent, tanning technology, wastewater treatment and other defoaming fields.

 

          The product does not need to be diluted. It can be directly added to each defoaming system and the recommended amount is 0.1-1%. The most economical amount is determined by gradient test.

 

      

         

         This product is packed in 200KG plastic packing. Storage of the product should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid for two years if stored at room temperature indoors.
