XPJ978 specializes in coating materials and paper coating process design, with a strong defoaming, anti-foaming function; The product does not contain amide, silicone oil, mineral oil, solvents and hydrocarbons, will not cause resin barrier, will not
cause changes in the viscosity of the paint, and good compatibility with the paint; It can quickly and cleanly eliminate a large number of hazardous foam produced by the process of pump, screen and coating in the process of gas knife and scraping force coating. In the coating process, it can quickly and cleanly eliminate small foam, and will not produce pinholes, spots and fish-eye pHenomenon, and thus ensure the quality and beauty of the coated paper. XPJ978 can also be used in other similar coating systems. It can defoam and antifoam in papermaking sizing agents and synthetic latex.
It is used in defoaming and inhibiting foam of similar coating system, sizing agent of paper making and synthetic latex.
The product can be emulsified and dispersed in cold and hot water by adding the product directly to the coating solution, and 0.2- 0.5% of the total amount of the coating can meet the requirement of defoaming.
This product is packed in 200KG galvanized iron drum or IBC ton drum. According to the storage of non-dangerous chemicals under normal temperature storage period within two years.
