     XPJ980 is a silicone-based defoamer with excellent effects of eliminating

and inhibiting foam. It has a good effect on eliminating the foam in high solid and solvent-free epoxy coatings,and it can eliminate the bubbles caused by UV light curing coatings during manufacturing and construction.

    It also has good inhibition effect on bubbles of epoxy floor coatings with high

viscosity and film thickness, especially solvent-free and high film thickness.

It is widely used in epoxy floor coatings, adhesives, screen inks, Ultraviolet

ink, transfer ink production process.

 

       

It's specially suitable for solvent, solvent-free coating, ink,epoxy resin and polyurethane systems.

   

    It is recommended to add to the full amount of 0.01-1.0%, it can have the best effect if you add before grinding or stirring. It can also be added after the event, but you must stir it evenly, in order to obtain better distribution and effect.in colored coating, it is recommended to grind together with grinding powder, because of high activity, can be diluted to 10% in advance with aromatic solvent and then add. Because hydrophobic particles are easy to precipitate, it is recommended to use up immediately after dilution.
