         XPJ998 is made of imported raw material and is specifically aimed at the production of polyvinyl alcohol and downstream use of customers.

      It is developed through Saiouxinyue by many years. The product has a defoaming and anti-foaming effect in emulsion, paint, glue, ink and other products where a

large number of fine and dense small bubbles can be defoamed. The invention can effectively solve the microbubbles suspended in the viscous solution and prevent

the re-emergence of the microbubbles due to the stirring sloshing and the like. The product can also help to improve the transparency of PVA solution, improve

product quality and apply to downstream customers.
      XPJ998 is a polymerized product with excellent water solubility low foam properties, chemical stability and a range of other valuable properties. The effect of foam control at low temperature is particularly good.

          It is specifically for polyvinyl alcohol production enterprises and downstream customers. The product has good defoaming and inhibiting effect on a large number of fine and dense tiny bubbles in emulsion, coating, glue, ink and other products. It can effectively solve the microbubbles suspended in viscous solution and prevent them from being generated again due to stirring and shaking.

1. Manufacturers of polyvinyl alcohol, according to the process conditions, drop or spray on the powder to achieve defoaming and anti-foaming effect.
2. For the users of PVA, after the preparation of the solution, add the agent( 0.2%-0.5% of the total solution), and then stir evenly to ensure that the defoamer is completely dispersed. The specific use should be based on the actual situation of the customer.

 

      

        This product is packed in 200KG iron drum or 1000L ton drum. The agent should be stored at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Storage period is 24 months. This product is non-dangerous goods, suitable for routine transport.
