XPJ780 is a high efficient silicon polyether composite defoamer developed by Saiouxinyue for the fermentation industry. It is refined from special easily dispersed silicon polyether and multifunctional polyether under specific conditions. The product has superior foam suppression performance and can meet the requirements of foam control in the whole fermentation cycle. Compared with general polyether antifoaming agent, it can save 5-20% amount of usage.
It is widely used in lysine, lincomycin, gentamicin, avermectin, taimycin, lovastatin, citric acid, penicillin, erythromycin, neomycin, oxytetracycline,VB12, VB2, erythritol, oligosaccharides, xanthan gum, cordyceps powder, ganoderma lucidum powder, cephalosporum powder, yeast and many other fermentation processes.
Directly add the agent to the base material; It can also be used in the later stage to separate and fill the material into the tank; The usage is about 0.3-0.5%.
This product should be packed in 200KG plastic bucket or galvanized iron bucket. Storage should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid at room temperature for one year. Indoor storage.
