          To add scouring agent to scour to remove impurities and oil stains on the cloth surface in textile processing, XPJ612 is a high content silicone defoamer. designed for the characteristics of scouring agent foaming. It is a water-based emulsion with excellent stability and easy to use.

        The product has a wide range of application, less dosage and quick defoaming. It not only eliminates the foam rapidly, but also has a more obvious effect in suppressing foam durability. And in different application conditions (PH 4-12), it can still play the role of inhibiting and defoaming. XPJ612 has a wide range of applications and is suitable for various industrial and production processes, including sizing, scouring, printing, dyeing and post-treatment processes (room temperature), as well as water-based binder and adhesive production processes to defoaming.

            The product is not needed to be diluted. It can be added directly. If the dilute, 2-5 times of clean ambient temperature water is recommended to mix the solution evenly. The recommended amount is 0.1-1% and the most economic dosage depends on production condition commissioning.

 

       

             This product should be packed in 125L flange plastic barrel. After being used, close the container to maintain the quality of the product. Avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot or frozen conditions and prevent freezing. It is valid for one year if stored at room temperature.
