     The composition of this product is special,It is an oily, silicon-free defoamer,The foam can be eliminated and inhibited in Bayer alumina production process.It can be used in alumina production process of decomposition tank, red mud washing tank.In the whole decomposition tank, it has a very long antifoaming effect;And it's effective over a wide PH range.

   

      XPJ2050 is a special defoamer specially desigined for alumina industry.

             

     Use a general chemical metering pump to add defoamer,it is added to the mother liquor of the first decomposed sugar or directly to the top of the decomposed sugar.Defoamer should not be diluted with water,it will produce stratification and affect the use effect,generally, the amount added is relatively low, around 10-100pm.

 

 

             

1.This product is packed in 25L,or 200L plastic drum or 1000L IBC container.

2.Please store it in a cool and dry place at room temperature, avoid exposure to the sun.

3.The shelf life is two years in unopened condition.
