XPJ972 is a broad-spectrum polyether defoamer developed for foaming in papermaking section. The product has good performance and is convenient to use. It is easy to disperse in white water. It can maintain good degassing and antifoaming effect at low concentration.
It is widely used in copper sheet paper, cultural paper, kraft paper, newsprint, household paper and other papermaking process defoaming; High temperature resistance system, no paper disease, easy coating processing and printing; It can also be used as anti-foam component for paper chemical manufacturing and rosin sizing agent production and use of anti-foam process.
Metering pump can be used to add defoamer to underneath whitewater tank and outside whitewater system. Product fluidity is good and there is no need of dilution. Amount of dose is about 0.3-0.6‰ of finished paper. In other processes, defoaming amount is 0.5-1.5‰ or so.
This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or IBC ton drum. It will be valid for two years if stored at room temperature in cool and dry place.
