XPJ580 defoamer is a modified polysiloxane defoamer containing 100% active ingredient. It is widely used in gathering and transportation. For example, in order to prevent the foam, which is generated by the escape , bringing into the high pressure scrubber, the crude defoamer should be added to the three-phase separator. The product is mainly used for defoaming of the oily system. Meanwhile.
It is also widely used in defoaming of industrial processes, such as ink, coating, bursting pressure, resin polymerization, PCB ink, screen printing ink, epoxy resin adhesive, phenolic resin defoamer, petroleum processing gas washing, vacuum distillation monomer, and ethylene glycol.
According to the characteristics of each process, the recommended addition amount of the product is 10ppm to 200ppm.
