XPJ350 is a high-temperature-resistant high-carbon alcohol degassing agent for papermaking based on our patent technology. It can effectively remove the air in the fiber during papermaking. It can remove 80-90% bubbles and reduce the moisture at the inlet. The degassing effect of XPJ350 on high-temperature and high-speed paper machine is remarkable at 45-55 ºC , which is advantageous to improve the technological conditions, increase the papermaking speed and improve the product quality. The utility model has the effect of reducing the needle hole, improving the void rate and the smoothness; The utility model also has the functions of promoting dehydration, improving sizing degree, increasing retention and ensuring the safe operation of the paper machine.
It can effectively remove the air in the fiber and air bubbles in the process of paper making, so as to significantly reduce the water content in the inlet of the dryer.
The original liquid metering pump is added to the underneath whitewater tank and the outside whitewater system. The proper amount of dry paper is about 0.3-0.5 KG. The final amount depends on the pulp quality and the operating efficiency of the machine.
This product should be packed in 200KG plastic bucket or IBC ton box. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. It will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature. The product should be protected against from being frozen.
