         XPJ510 is a new silicone type defoamer designed and developed for the foaming characteristics in gas production by foam drainage. The product has the characteristics of good dissolution and dispersion, rapid spreading of liquid surface, rapid defoaming and long lasting foaming inhibition, reducing gas-liquid separation time to achieve the purpose of enhanced recovery. It is also suitable for a wide range of in-situ applications and easy to use. It is a non-pollution environmental protection oilfield chemical.

          This product has good dilution. If the stirring conditions permit, it can be diluted 20-100 times at a time. Alternatively, the defoamer can be used with 2 or 3 times of water and then stir evenly. Then the dispersed defoamer is added to the tank and dilute the agent with 20-100 times of clear water (depending on the conditions of each wellhead). Pour the foam back into the pipeline from the wellhead to the separator through piston pump or balance tank. And the ratio of the use concentration of defoamer to the use concentration of foaming agent is 1: 1, and the best scheme can also be determined by technicians.

 

    

          This product should be packed in 25KG or 200KG plastic drums. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. it will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature.The product should be protected against being frozen.
